Candied Nuts: And no I'm not referring to your varied sanity levels during the holiday season...
One of my family's all time fav items to nosh on during the holiday season is candied nuts. Whatever variety of nuts that are available or appetizing to you can be used/ substituted and it's also a super easy recipe to make at home. I prefer pecans when I make this and I like to use it on a salad with goat cheese and cranberries with some arugula in the winter months. You can also jar then, print a label and give them as hostess gifts for all those endless holiday parties this season. Possibilities are endless for what you do with it! Enjoy

Whisk egg white and water together in a separate bowl until frothy with a whisk. Toss pecans in the egg white mixture. Mix sugar mixture into pecan mixture until pecans are evenly coated. Spread coated pecans onto a baking sheet.
