Fish Fry Fridays

In our house Fridays are always made for some level of gathering and respite. Be it our family movie nights with home made pizzas, or our fish fry Fridays which we save for the warmer months usually. We invite a collective number of friends over, fry fish, throw together some charcuterie boards and sides, put bottles of rose on ice and enjoy each others company. I have been very fortunate to have been blessed with a group of friends who have turned into family over the years so its always a pleasure to break bread with these ladies on a Friday night. Do you have any special Friday night rituals or a beginning to your weekend rite of passage??
